AMAZON WILL FIX ANY ISSUES!!
I typically do not write reviews, however, we had a very positive experience with Amazon and this item that we felt it was necessary to write the review. Our easel arrived as scheduled but with the entire bottom of the box missing, the packing slip and instructions to assemble missing as well as all the hardware for assembly missing. I quickly sent an email to Amazon and received a reply in a short period of time. UPS came to our house the very next day and picked up the box we received one day prior. The next day after that - Federal Express arrived with a brand new replacement in a box that was well sealed and the contents in perfect condition. This is a wonderful item, well constructed and worth the five stars I can offer. Do not hesitate to purchase because if it is not right when you receive it, Amazon will make it right. That is every bit as important.
